I am Eloisa D. Sapino, and I am interested in applying for the position of

Administrative Aide III (Lab Encoder) to be assigned at the Benguet General Hospital . I
am currently working as Administrative Aide III, COS, at Benguet General Hospital.

I have the ability to manage my time wisely and to multi-task in order to complete
assigned work. I am dependable and hardworking. I always put forth my best efforts to
get the job done in a timely but efficient manner. Thus, I am self-motivated and have the
ability to work without constant supervision, but I can also work well as part of a team.

I believe this position would provide a great opportunity to further my chosen

career. I hope to be able to utilize my skills, educational background, and ability to work
well, which will allow me to grow personally and professionally. I sincerely hope I can
contribute soon as a member of the Benguet General Hospital.
