Today, I am here to provide you with an update on the progress of my final project, which focuses on

the topic of the digital supply chain.

Accomplishment: Till now, I have performed extensive study on the digital supply chain, investigating
different technologies involved. I now have in-depth knowledge of major stakeholders involved in the
digital supply chain and those are suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers. Also I came
across some real-world case studies of companies that have successfully implemented digital supply
chain solutions to gain insights into best practices and potential risk involved in DSCM.

Upcoming Tasks: To move forward, I need to focus more towards the distinct characteristics offered
by SCM that is digitally empowered. Also, I am keener to know about the scenario of digital supply chain
management of Canada. So, I need to collect more data, and analyze the findings to draw meaningful
conclusions. Once the data is gathered, I would be able to develop recommendations for organizations.

Further, to meet the specific deliverables, I will focus more about the common themes & patterns
applicable to digital supply chain and how the collected data is being analyzed.

Timeline for remaining work: This is probably a start of July and we still have four weeks left for a
final submission. So, I have given one whole week dedicated to analysis work, one week for the
advantages and disadvantages, and one weeks for recommendations. The last week will be more of a
buffer time for me in which I can prepare final conclusion with report on digital supply chain.

Till now there are no major changes occurred since my research proposal and my core interest for this
project remained same. But I will remain open to making necessary changes if required.

In conclusion, I am pretty sure that I will contribute valuable insights to the field of supply chain
management through this project.
