procedure
1. Add water to the main beaker. Begin heating to 75-80°C add disodium EDTA. Premix the glycol with
the NatraThix™ and Polysurf™ 67 CS then add to the batch. Maintain 80-85°C and mix for 10 minutes.
2. In a side beaker premix phase B at 70-75°C until clear and add to the main beaker, mix well
3. In a separate beaker add phase C esters, then heat to ~ 80°C . Continue heating to 80°C and add
the remaining ingredients. Then add zinc oxide and titanium dioxide and continue mixing. Once
uniform and at 80-85°C add to phase AB and homogenize for 10 minutes.
4. Begin cooling to 60-65°C and continue to homogenize. Mix until uniform.
5. Change to sweep mixing and continue until cool.
6. At 45°C, add phase D and mix well.
7. Stop at RT
