Safety and Security Requirements

Keeping our workplaces safe and secure is important to us. It protects our employees, visitors, clients, and
clients’ customers. We’ll cover safety and security in depth when you arrive. In the meantime, here’s a
preview.

Secure Workspaces (SWS) and Security Stations

Most of our contact center production floors (the spaces where you’ll do your best work) are secure
workspaces (SWS). This means they’re locked down, safe, and secure. Our operations environments are secure
to keep you safe at work, prevent unauthorized entry from people who don’t belong, and safeguard customer
information.
On your first day, you’ll be handed an Afni photo ID and security swipe card. Both are important items to keep
with you at all times while you’re at work. You’ll need to display your photo ID when you move throughout the
building and your swipe card will unlock doors to the rooms and areas where you’ll go, including:
• Employee entrances from outside
• Training rooms
• Contact center production floor
• Admin/HR areas
