Terms of payment:
1. 30% T/T in advance,70% T/T before delivery.
2. Payment by Irrevocable L/C is acceptable.
Warranty: 12 months counting from the date of signing the Certificate of Acceptance. But if due to
the Buyer's reason, the commissioning and acceptance of the line is delayed, the guarantee period
of quality shall be no more than 18 months from the arrival date of equipment at the destination
port.
