前言 Preface：
M-PR1007 為可塑化的聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液，含有聚乙烯醇為保護膠體。此乳液的薄膜
為透明、富有韌性，且具有適當的硬度。
M-PR1007 is a high performance polymer with high flexibility. With PVA as
protection gel, it's dry film is transparency and good strength, of course proper hardness.
性質 Spec：
1. 外觀：乳白色黏狀液 Milky White
2. ＰＨ：4.0 – 6.0
3. 粘度：400 – 420 P (VT-06;NO:2 25℃ )
4. 固成份：40 ± 1 %
5. 最低造膜溫度：0 ℃
6. 乳化劑/保護膠體：聚乙烯醇 PVA
特性 Properties：
因含有聚乙烯醇為保護膠體，因此安定性優良，在某些應用條件下可加入其他可塑
劑或改質劑以改善物性。若加入聚乙烯醇溶液，則可提高 Sitting rate，亦可延長其
使用時間。
M-PR1007 is very stable. In some case can be added plasticizer to moderate
properties. If adding PVA solution inside can increase Sitting rate and operation time.
應用方面 Application：
基本上應用於手工藝品、傢俱、木製品、紙類，聚苯乙烯發泡體、積層品、建材等
皆可接著，加入某些原料以變性、亦可應用於纖維加工。
Hand crafts, furniture, wood ware, paper, carton, PS foam, building material.
Adding some additive can also be applied on fabric manufacturing.
注意事項 Notice：
1. 本品請儘量儲存於陰涼場所，避免超過 50 度以上。
Keep in dry cool place, avoid direct sun light or place higher than 50℃.
2.保存期限為一年。
Shelf life: One year.
