BWNY: Sharp is requested to provide the additional documents for ISL’s insurance claim;

- Claim letter stating quantity and price of damaged items

- Supporting documents to confirm the claim price i.e. quotations, invoices

- Copy of the overall contract work showing summary of project value.

- Copy of the contract work including BOQ showing the price of damage item.

- Project schedule for the contract work.

- Drawing diagram or other document showing the size and length of the damage cable and also highlight the location

damage cable.

- SSSA already submitted on 26 Mar, waiting for ISL conclude with insurance and will inform SSSA later

 Klip lock for new roof to be confirmed by SSSA whether no any issue.

 ISL requested SSSA to issue VO (insurance scope) to ISL for approval (since insurance claim process quite take

time)

 ISL confirmed that BHD1 shall be same type ND_AF320 only.

If no more 320W type, then ISL agreed to relocate ND-AF320 PV panels from BBPI and to be used for BHD1.

***But anyway within 45+7 days from 18 Jun’19 BHD1 shall be completed.

 ISL requested if SSSA want to relocate PV 320W from BBPI, SSSA need to relocate

Total 1 inverter, not only 2 strings <<< SSSA will discuss internally and will submit

 SSSA will recheck all PV which affected by heavy storm and will submit report to ISL for power output

confirmation, SSSA confirm by current & voltage than other than failure 34 modules operating normally

 ISL requested SSSA to submit letter clarification of PV module model changing (320 -> 330). SSSA will submit

letter within 30th Aug 2019 and will submit revised quotation of 330W model to ISL,

 Letter no. SSSA-LTR-BIGC-034 Clarification letter for changing PV model was submitted on 19 Sep 19

 SSSA will submit technical clarification letter of changing from 320W -> to 330W total 36 modules. ISL will claim to

insurance total 36 modules.

 Revised drawing can use only cloud concept to show and add note to explain difference of 320 , 330 installation,

Zero export test of Huawei inverter;

Currently ALSO is not able to control the response time of Huawei inverter (more than 13sec response time)

-SSSA will send the letter about this problem to follow this Zero export issue, and continue advance testing with

existing condition in order to complete the handover project document submission first -> SSSA will submit letter

within 5 Apr.

-final zero export report to be submitted later

- BSKT , BLPG , BHD2 , BWCR zero export test will continue even Alsoenergy cannot finish after 3 Apr.

BKR2: Low PR

-SSSA will continue PR test record and analysis the root cause in parallel.

-Temp sensor not proper fixing to backside PV panel.

- SSSA will resend PR testing report and remark about root cause & attach the corrective photo after re-installation.

- SSSA already checked the installation of PV temperature sensor and found it properly installed.

- SSSA will plan schedule to recheck 4 inverters which cause low power output compared to other inverters  after

checked they are normal.

BHD2: PQM & Dropout Fuse

-SSSA will send incident report and urgently replace dropout fuse to be 200A on Phase A&C (PEA replaced by using

50A as temporary)

- PQM rectification and recovery works under insurance claim process.

Wait ISL confirm the quotation to SSSA

- Revise quotation of Dropout Fuse replacement resend to ISL.

- Insurance requested for damaged fuse picture but because SSSA doesn’t have so insurance requested for

replacement picture instead.

BPHR: PQM & ARK damaged due to 22kV line fault from the Tree

-PQM already replaced

-Remain damage of communication port of ARK, to be replaced, waiting new spare for replacement.

-Within 21 Jun’19 the quotation will be obtained and will claim to insurance and execute the work

-ISL requested to recheck and confirm the material defect lot from also,

If it come from material defect.

-SSSA will confirm ARK status back within 28th Jun’ 19 (will summarize all record and send to ISL)

- SSSA inform to ISL that waiting quotation PQM (Janitza) from ITE and will submit on the
