1. Statutory Obligations includes but not limited to 3% Human Capital Development (HCD), Health Management Organization
(HMO - prime family plan), 1% NCDF Levy, Employer's Pension Contribution, and PAYE tax.
2. It is Contractor's responsibility to ensure that all statutory obligations are met and all contractors MUST be able to fulfil all
contractual obligations and SHALL have to pay their personnel in this contract.
3. Contractor to maintain its own competence assurance program appropriate to scope.
