CONTRACT OF LOAN

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed is made and executed by and between:

CARLO F. RAMIREZ, Filipino, of legal age and a resident of 205 Daphne Bldg., Magnolia
Place, Quezon City, hereinafter referred to as CREDITOR, and;

CHRISTOPHER F. RAMIREZ, Filipino, of legal age and a resident of Dulaca Drive,

Uranus St., Tumaga, Zamboanga City, Laguna, as DEBTOR;

WITNESSETH

That the DEBTOR intends to borrow the amount of Two Million Three Hundred Thousand
Pesos (P2,300,000.00), Philippine Currency while the CREDITOR is willing and able to lend the said
amount, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. That the CREDITOR shall convey the amount of Two Million Three Hundred Thousand
Pesos (P2,300,000.00) to the DEBTOR upon execution of this Contract;

2. That the DEBTOR shall pay the CREDITOR the aforementioned amount within Twelve
Years (12) after the execution of this contract;

3. That the parties herein hereby commit to fully observe the terms and conditions as embodied
in this contract and are fully aware of their respective obligations as herein above written.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this
