32 participants will compete in a coffee brewing competition from 7-8 AM for registration with numbers 1 through 32. The competition has 3 rounds - beans are washed for the first 2 rounds and natural processed for the 3rd. Participants have 3 minutes to prepare and 5 minutes to brew for a total of 8 minutes, making at least 150ml for the judges. Safety protocols like masks, gloves and hand sanitizer will be provided and required. Participants must bring and wear their identification tags during registration and competition.
