AFFIDAVIT OF AGGREGATE LANDHOLDING

I, MELANIE O. SIOSON, Filipino, of legal age, married to Harold C. Sioson and a

resident of Brgy. San Francisco, Panabo City, Davao del Norte. Philippines, after having duly
sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and say THAT;

1. I am the buyer/transferee of a parcel of land situated at New Cortez, New

Corella, Davao del Norte, Philippines, with an area of Eight Thousand Four
Hundred Ninety Two Square Meters (8,482 sqm.) more or less and such portion
are covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 142-201301158;

2. That said property is subject of Deed of Absolute Sale executed and signed on
March 6, 2023 before Notary Public Atty. June Erek C. Ylanan and entered in
his/her Notarial Register under Doc. No. 02; Page No 2; Book No. I; Series of
2023;

3. The aforesaid parcel of land is the only landholding registered in the name of
Marcia C. Hangad and its retention area; and

4. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing as a

requirement from the Department of Agrarian Reform for the transfer of title and
for other legal purposes it may serve.
