Director’s Professional Fees

a) Govind Saraf:- In Zoho Books, Govind Saraf is listed as a consultant, but the payment
made to him is recorded as Director's Remuneration in the MIS report.
b) Snigdha Agrawal:- In Zoho Books, Snigdha Agrawal is categorized as professional fees,
but the payment made to her is classified as Director's Remuneration in the MIS report.
c) Preeti Saraf:- Also, the salary paid to Preeti Saraf is recorded as Director's Remuneration
in the MIS report.

Salary
Another major component is Salary cost.

 List of employees, their details and their salary is taken from Zoho. For reporting purpose,
consider employees’ names, ID and their gross salary amount is to be taken from Input Sheet
Salary in Infrabeat Salary Sheet. Below is Infrabeat Salary Sheet 2021-22.

 The cost for Admin & HR is separately bifurcated location-wise.

This is the Employee Calendar Sheet. Here you will find the period for which a manager is handling
any project.
For eg.- Sandeep Tarte is working on Bajaj Auto Limited for the month of April and May.
 Then allocate the employees based on Infrabeat Employee Calendar and mark them to their
respective manager’s group for calculating group-wise profitability. If any employee is
working in more than one project, then we will mark him to all the respective projects’
managers and allocate his salary cost accordingly.
