Operating Instructions
- Under rapid mixing add A2 into the water
- Weigh A3 and add to A1+A2 under rapid mixing then A3
- Heat A and B to 75°C
- Add B into A under rapid mixing (Rotor Stator 2 500 rpm)
- Maintain rapid mixing for 15min
- Neutralise by adding C to A+B
- Cool under mixing and add separately D, E and F at 40°C
- Complete cooling
