Annual dues: $875 | Quarterly Dues: $218.75
Qualifications: Any manufacturer or distributor not
qualifying for membership under Service, Diesel
Engine Service, Manufacturer, Replacement Parts
Manufacturer or Distributor, whose primary business is
the manufacturing or distribution of equipment,
products or services normally used or sold by Service
Members in the operation of their businesses such as,
but not limited to, test and calibration equipment,
computers, office equipment, cleaning equipment, and
special tools. [Does not have voting rights]

q Diesel Engine Service - International:
Annual Dues:$300 | Quarterly Dues: $75
Qualifications: Any firm or corporation located outside
of the United States or Canada who is primarily
engaged in the service of diesel-powered vehicles,
engines or equipment, and meets the minimum
requirements of the standard A.D.S. Rating
Questionnaire with respect to premises, personnel,
industry affiliation, and equipment used to service
diesel engines. [Does not have voting rights]

and U.S.): Annual Dues: $655 | Quarterly Dues:
$163.75
Qualifications: Any firm or corporation located in the
United States or Canada who is primarily engaged in
the service of diesel-powered vehicles, engines or
equipment, and meets the minimum requirements of
the standard
A.D.S. Rating Questionnaire with respect to premises,
personnel, industry affiliation, and equipment used to
service diesel engines. [Does not have voting rights]

q Diesel Engine & Vehicle Manufacturer:
Annual Dues: $875 | Quarterly Dues: $218.75
Qualifications: Any manufacturer not qualifying for
Manufacturer Membership engaged in the
manufacturing of: Diesel Engines which utilize a fuel
injection system manufactured by another. Diesel-
powered vehicles or other machinery and equipment of
which a diesel engine is an integral part. [Complete

q Drive-In Branch: Annual Dues: $325 | Quarterly Dues:
$81.25
Qualifications: Any Service Member or Diesel Engine
Service Member may apply for separate membership with
respect to each branch, subsidiary or other organization
providing drive-in service that is affiliated with the Member
through ownership or control. [Does not have voting rights]

q Manufacturer: Annual Dues: $1430 | Quarterly Dues:
$357.50
Qualifications: Any original manufacturer of fuel injection
equipment, governors, superchargers or turbochargers which
are installed as original equipment on current production
engines may become eligible for membership, providing
such units require technical field service and the
manufacturer has an existing, extensive service organization
of business establishments having the qualifications of
Service Members. Any manufacturer of complete diesel
engines who also manufactures its own complete,
proprietary fuel systems may also become eligible for
membership. The manufacturer must show that the majority
of their business is OE business in order to qualify in this
category.

q Replacement Parts Manufacturer: Annual Dues: $1430 |
Quarterly Dues: $357.50
Qualifications: Any firm or corporation not qualifying for
membership under Service, Diesel Engine Service or
Manufacturer, significantly engaged in the manufacturing of
replacement diesel fuel injection, governor, supercharger or
turbocharger parts and/or components for sale to Service

q Replacement Parts Distributor: Annual Dues: $1430 |
Quarterly Dues: $357.50
Qualifications: Any firm or corporation not qualifying for
membership under Service, Diesel Engine Service,
Manufacturer, or Replacement Parts Manufacturer, primarily
engaged in the distribution of replacement diesel fuel
injection, governor, supercharger or turbocharger parts and/
or components for sale to Service Members.

of the United States or Canada who: Is primarily
engaged in the sale and service or distribution of fuel
injection equipment, governors, superchargers or
turbochargers; and is not primarily engaged in the sale
of diesel engines and/or diesel-equipped end products,
such as trucks, buses, tractors, power units, stationary
equipment; and meets the minimum requirements of
the Standard A.D.S. Rating Questionnaire that may be
established by the Board of Directors from time to time
with respect to premises, personnel and equipment
used to service fuel injection equipment, governors,
superchargers and turbochargers.[Complete Section

q Service – North America (Canada and U.S.): Annual
Dues: $655 | Quarterly Dues: $163.75
Qualifications: Any firm or corporation who: Is
primarily engaged in the sale and service or distribution
of fuel injection equipment, governors, superchargers
or turbochargers; and is not primarily engaged in the
sale of diesel engines and/or diesel-equipped end
products, such as trucks, buses, tractors, power units,
stationary equipment; and meets the minimum
requirements of the Standard A.D.S. Rating
Questionnaire that may be established by the Board of
Directors from time to time with respect to premises,
personnel and equipment used to service fuel injection
equipment, governors, superchargers and

requires that all service member’s branch locations be
members.
q Technical Training: Annual Dues: (Complimentary Until
Further Notice)
Qualifications: Any post educational institution offering one
or more courses in diesel-related technology or a similar
course with an interest in the diesel fuel injection industry or
technology. Most qualifying applicants will have a ".edu"
email address and/or website.[Does not have voting
rights]
q Associate Member: Annual Dues: $325 | Quarterly
Dues: $81.25
Qualifications: Those individuals not otherwise qualifying
for membership, and whose employers do not qualify for
membership, but having special interest in the nature and
scope of the Association, such as consulting engineers,
military personnel, educators, and publishers, whose
knowledge of the diesel industry can contribute materially to
the purposes of the Association. [Does not have voting
