Double Girder- Dual Crab Hoist
• Load capacity: 10T/5T , 16T/5T , 16T/7.5T , 16T/10T
• Lifting height : 6m , 8m , 12m.
• Designed according to FEM duty cycle
• Two independent hoists mounted in common frame.
• Control Pendant unit controls two hoists with a selector switch

for either one hoist, or for combined hoist operation.
• When using both the hoist with same load, then Leveling the
load manually is necessary for safety reasons, because the
motors and gearboxes are not synchronous.
• Load capacity to be lifted according to the individual load rated

in the hoist.
• When using both the hoist at same time the total load capacity
lifted should not exceed the minimum lifting capacity limit in the
common frame. E.g.: In 30/15T Load should not exceed the
15T.
• The travel motion for trolley is done with the help single cross
travel drive and connecting shaft.

 CT-Wheels are totally machined and made up of spheroidal cast material SG 700/2.
 Travel machinery is specially designed for hoisting application.
 Directly drives the travel wheels.

 Thermistors fitted on windings of motor for protection of windings in high temperature.
THRUST ROCKER
 Thrust rockers are used to reduce the self weight of hoist.

ROPE DRUM AND ROPE GUIDE

CROSS TRAVEL CRAB
