Wildflower Meadow Walk 10.30-12pm Moseley Bog
Walk around the meadow habitats of Moseley Bog with The Wildlife Trust’s Senior Reserves Officer. Learn
about key species, how to identify them and see first hand why our meadows are such valuable habitats for

Moseley's BIG Street Fair 11-4pm High Street


40 stalls from local makers and creators, community groups, and Caribbean food. Performances from
Moselele, Skylarks Choir, Community Orchestra, and street performers.

Dot Mandala Workshop 10-12pm Moseley Hive


Join local artist Sonal Gajbe for mandala painting, a fun way to share time with friends while playing with paint
and learning a new art form! Participants will receive a kit containing everything they need to create their

Moseley Rocks Treasure Hunt From 11am


Hunt hidden decorated rocks on the high street and in Moseley park and swap them for a prize from Willy
Wonka himself at the sweet shop on the village green (1 prize per person). Keep your eyes peeled & follow

BOUNCE Moseley Drop In 12-2pm Moseley Hive


A free mini trampoline fitness class for all ages and fitness levels. BOUNCE’s motto is FUN, FRIENDLY &
FEIRCE. The workout is a lot of fun. Everyone is friendly with zero judgement, yet you’ll get a fierce and
effective workout.
Botanical Ink Making 12-4pm Seventh Circle
An afternoon of Art and Alchemy. We have challenged local artist Mitch Schofield Gallery
to crush, boil, stir, sieve, mix, and bind together ingredients foraged from Moseley Park and create
beautiful, botanical inks that could be used as paint.

Hula Hoop Workshop 12.30-1.30pm Moseley Park


A playful and dynamic space for children to play with hula hoops. The workshop leaders will demonstrate
moves and tricks and they will help everybody to learn some new skills with the hoop.

I Am Yogi - Yoga FLOW 1pm Moseley Park


Get moving and find your FLOW - this practice is accessible for all levels. Here you will be led through a
series of familiar postures to build strength, flexibility, balance, and work to develop the yogic breath.

ITZATNA Tales, Tortillas and Tacos 1-2.30pm Moseley Hive


13:00 - 14:00 – DIY Mexican Tacos Workshop led by local artist and Mexican chef Alfredo Hau. Learn to
make traditional Mexican hand-made tortillas and tacos with a range of healthy fillings. Workshop capacity

range of ancient and regional myths, legends, and stories about the origins and importance of corn maize

Clean Rivers for Wildlife and People Parade 2pm Old HSBC
Congregate by the WI yarnbombing outside the old HSBC and parade through the Park with samba band
OYA BATUCADA to make some noise, and raise awareness about the need for clean rivers. Samba

Dance and Body Workshop 3pm Moseley Hive


Use different techniques to explore movement and feelings to find a deeper connection between physical
and emotional well-being. Facilitated by a Dance and Movement Psychotherapist. Limited spaces.

Wizard of Oz Costume Design Workshop 4.30-5.30pm Moseley Hive


This September, Paperback will be returning to Moseley Park with their Little but LIVE! festival and this
year they are going to be putting on their own whacky adaptation of the Wizard of Oz set in Birmingham!
Join us for an hour long workshop exploring the story and creating what our different costumes and
Brummie characters could look like! From munchkins to wizards to flying monkeys we want your thoughts.
