Para poner used to en negativo vamos a usar el auxiliar ‘’Did’’(not)
Lo vamos a utilizar para cosas que solíamos realizar en el pasado y ya
no lo hacemos más.
Lo utilizamos cuando hablamos acerca de un hábito o estado de
ánimo.
Podemos referirnos a profesiones.
She used to be a long-distance runner when she was younger.
We used to go to the seaside every summer when I was a kid.
I used to have long hair but now I have short hair.
They used to smoke but now he doesn't smoke.

Negativas:
