Support the new functions of the firmware versions 2015, 3013 and 2615

- warning by change of a parameter value, that the changes takes effect only after
save or that the parameters are to be saved to not lose the changes. The save
button will flash until the user save or reset the drive.

- first step of setup tools to search the electrical zero position, to compute and
to save the resolver shift angle value. This function is called by double click the
button Feedback/Motor type in the menu bar (or Motor type in the configuration's
menu), than the button Motor setup tool.
