This No Dues Certificate is being issued on the express condition that you shall indemnify and keep us indemnified at all times
against any claims or liabilities on account of any other statutory dues arising out of the Agreement thereof. You are requested
to make a note of the following for your information/ necessary action, as may be required

UnusedPost Dated/ Security Cheques :

1. All Unused Post Dated/ Security Cheques not presented till the date of closure are being retained at our end. These have been
Cancelled” by a rubber stamp across the face of each instrument and will be destroyed after 30 days from the date of closure of
your loan account. In case you wish the cancelled instruments to be returned, kindly communicate the same in writing within
10 days of the closure of the account. Kindly note that request for return of unused cheques will not be accepted after 30 days
of the date of closure.
2. In case the Post Dated/ Security Cheques obtained from you are for a combined value of the EMIs for multiple loans, these
will continue to be presented till the repayment instructions are swapped for the accounts which are live in our system. You are
requested to approach any of our nearest branches for necessary assistance in the matter.
