needs of the retail industry.

the implementation.
2. Business Blueprint:
Conduct workshops and interviews with key stakeholders to gather detailed business
requirements.
Analyse the existing business processes and map them to the SAP MM module
functionalities.
Document the business blueprint, including the process flows, system configurations,
and data requirements specific to the retail company.
3. System Configuration:
Set up the SAP S/4HANA system environment and landscape based on the defined
blueprint.
Customize the system to align with the specific requirements of the retail company,
such as pricing conditions, promotions, or special procurement processes.
Define the strategy and approach for migrating master data into the SAP S/4HANA
system.
Cleanse, validate, and prepare the master data, including materials, vendors,
purchasing info records, and source lists.
Use SAP Data Migration tools or data conversion programs to migrate the master
data from the legacy system to SAP S/4HANA.
5. Integration Configuration:
Integrate the SAP MM module with other relevant modules such as Sales and
Distribution (SD), Finance and Controlling (FICO), and Warehouse Management
(WM).
Configure the integration points, data flow, and exchange mechanisms to ensure
seamless integration and data consistency across modules.
