Clearance form downloaded from the student login must be produced at the clearance

counter.
After getting the clearance from the concerned offices/Departments, submit the
*
university copy at the last clearance office or IPM office. Please keep the student copy
for the future verifications.
Hall ticket will be released within 1hr after the submission of the University copy at
*
IPM office.
There will not be any fee collection in the mode of cash for the hall ticket clearance,
* but only through SIB student's smart card. The student who does not have smart card /
has it lost or not working, they can deposit the money in their student SIB account and
transfer the required clearance fee to the university account through the challan form
issued from IPM counters.
* Friend's smartcard will not be accepted for the fee payment.
* Hall tickets will not be available in your login after the 1st day of your exam.
