I think that advert 1 is really better than advert 2. My opinion is based in

simple reasons; for example, in advert 1, that seller says the majority of the
details and specifications that are important, in the advert 2 there are not
too many reasons to buy the product, and the especifications are not enough
to know the most relevant aspects about the product, in advert 1, we've got
a big context about the story of the guitar and the current conditions,
characteristics we don't see in advert 2.
