9. Which offence under the Buildings Ordinance can lead to the most severe
punishment? How much fine and how many years in prison? (Cap 123 S40)

10. Going back to the land at Sai Kung. What could happen if your rich friend wins
the tender, buy the land, but refuse to follow what the lease conditions require?

11. A Registered Architect (RA) can be eligible to become an Authorized Person.

What is the maximum penalty (maximum fine and years in prison) if someone
falsely claims that he is a RA when he is not? (check out S31 of CAP408)
