• Demand for passports remains strong since the reopening of Demand From Passport Project (units ‘000)
borders in April 2022.
• Prior to the pandemic, annual demand is around 2.2 mil units of
passports.
• As of February 2023, there are estimated more than 4.0 mil 2,800
units of passports that have already expired / with less
than 6 months validity from expiration.

eLAND MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS FOR REPUBLIC OF GUINEA
Entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (“MOA”) with the Ministry of Urban Planning, Housing and
Territorial Development (“MUHAT”) of the Republic of Guinea in December 2022.
✓ Co-operate and collaborate on issues relating to the printing of secure documents, digitization and
improvement of land management solutions and services (“eLand Project”)
✓ Implement new computerized citizen data in land matters and incorporate biometric authentication of
land data.
✓ Manufacture, supply and customization of high security documents for the land title.
✓ Implement new secure procedures with an emphasis on transparency and efficiency in the processing
of land title applications and authorizations.

• Profit-sharing: 60% MUHAT ; 40% Datasonic. Project Duration: 10 years (plus 5 years extension)
• Project Feasibility Study completed. Finalizing the detailed scope of works, solutions services, pricing and major
terms and conditions with Private Public Partnership (PPP) unit of Prime Minsters Office of Republic of Guinea.
