3. Within a short span of one month, the watch was found defective and the
issue was let known to the Manufacturer company(Fire-Boltt ) via mail
and phone call. I contacted Fire-Boltt customer service department to
take up the complaint and initiate the replacement process. They
arranged a reverse pickup for the defective smartwatch on 23 Nov
2022,12:04 PM. (Bluedart on tracking number – 81039698703 ).
4. Even though the reverse pickup for the faulty product was completed
and the faulty product was delivered to the manufacturer by 28 Nov
03:39 PM ( Bluedart tracking number – 81039698703 tracking link:
https://boltt.shipments.live/track/awb/81039698703 ) without any
issue from my end, the replacement process was delayed for over three
months, as of today, due to the product being out of stock and
inappropriate handling of customer service by the company. The mail
conversations and tracking details shared by the Fire-Boltt team has
been produced herewith as Document No.2
7. The product was never received at my delivery address nor the company
provided any information about the delivery until 13 Jan 2022 when I
found that the product was returned to the Fire-Bolt by 09 Jan 2022
(EcomExpress Tracking ID : 9550959592 Order ID : 202223702937 ).
9. Since then, I have been contacting the customer care executives of Fire-
Boltt via mail (infocare@boltt.com) and via their customer care phone
(022-69846666) for the offered coupon code as a compensation for the
defective product I received from them. I have made several calls during
Office times to the customer care and detailed them the issue of not
receiving the offered Coupon code, but still haven’t received the same yet
till date (14 March 2022). The call details and all the mail conversations
made between Fire-Bolt Management and myself are produced herewith
as Document No.8.
10. Till date, I have not received any refund, any coupon code to
purchase another product, nor any replacement for the delivered
defective product as promised by Fire-Boltt management. They have also
not properly dealt with my grievances and provided any compensation for
the same. Even after spending so much of time to explain the issue and
get my problem solved over multiple mails and phone calls, the Fire-Boltt
management has not made any satisfactory resolution to my issue. They
have made a mockery of my situation and wasted a lot of my time as I
had to explain the issues in detail to every customer service executive I
had conversations with.
