WHAT IS COMPUTER?
❖ A computer is an electronic device.
❖That manipulates data according to set
of

instruction.
❖A computer is a programmable
machine that

receives input, stores and provides

output.

GENERATION OF COMPUTER

There are five generations of computers.

1. First Generation (1951-1959)

2. Second Generation (1959-1963)
3. Third Generation (1963-1975)
4. Fourth Generation (1975-1980)
5. Fifth Generation(1980-Today)
