Ingredients :
 150 g (1,5 cups) sugar
 2 pandan leaves, shredded lengthwise and tied in a knot
 50 ml of water
 400 g ripe avocado, cut into 1 cm cubes
 400 g ripe jackfruit, deseeded and cut into 1 cm cubes
 3 young coconut, meat scraped out and crushed ice
 Condensed milk
Methods:
1. Put sugar, pandan leaves, and water in a small saucepan and heat for few minutes over low heat
until the sugar dissolves into cool syrup.
2. To serve this dessert, place generous spoonfuls of cubed avocado, jackfruit and young coconut
into a serving bowl. Add a little sugar to sweeteen it. Topped with crushed ice, drizzle on a little
condensed milk. Serve immediately
