We are an online subscription and free service provider for the Pool/Billiards Industry, providing our
members and subscribers with access to a guide with detailed information relating to products and
services provided in the Pool/Billiards Industry. You should read and understand the terms as they
govern your use of our services.
The Terms of Use are also a resource for you to get a deeper understanding of how our services works,
including the kinds of data we collect, the way we bill, how we interact with you and other useful details
about our services. We encourage you to revisit these Terms of Use when you have a question about the

and hosted by GoPlayPool.com. All related software/application(s) are owned by GoPlayPool.com.
Throughout any legal notices presented by GoPlayPool.com and PoolPlayersGuide.com and related
software/application(s) all documents, information and data will be referred to as "GoPlayPool.com".
Feel free to browse through the Products on GoPlayPool.com. All access and use of Products are
subject to terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) and all applicable Laws of the State of California,
referring to use of Internet/Mobile Application(s), and any other related content, with no limitations.

but not limited to people and parties reading, downloading, and taking advantage of services and products
offered. "Users" and/or "End Users" is inter-exchanged in this content.
"Account"

"Members" All room owners who have signed up for a GoPlayPool.com membership, any directory based
paid member which has their information listed on GoPlayPool.com, advertisers, marketers, third party
advertisers, afkliates and/or related party who are involved with GoPlayPool.com in binding contract
format. "Members", "Users" and/or "End Users" are inter-exchanged in this content.
"Materials"
Information provided to GoPlayPool.com by Users in any form, including but not limited to: intellectual
materials, likenesses, contact information, submitted forms, email and/or other electronic messages received

and/or other related parties, shall be construed as a promise or guarantee. This information might not be for
the general public. GoPlayPool.com makes no such promises or guarantees. GoPlayPool.com provides access
to certain Products on its platform. Users and clients acknowledge that GoPlayPool.com does not promise
any guarantees or guarantee any results, sales, promotions, and/or any other promises to Users, but rather
has agreed to use its best efforts to provide access to Products for the Users. The Products on
GoPlayPool.com and content related to Products, is for informational purposes only and the information is

regards to: validity, merchant-ability, expiration, data, information validity, photo and image
copyrights, and are not limited to these items.
Third Party Liability
GoPlayPool.com and all its subsidiaries are in no way liable for any material, documents, images, advertising,
kles, uploads, data, charts, graphs, references, links, hyperlinks and/or other issues risen from any other
forms of liabilities made by any third party, when the data has been placed on GoPlayPool.com website(s)
and/or its "Platform". If there are any violations or complaints kled with GoPlayPool.com, the data in violation
will be removed with proper due diligence between the two parties involved without the involvement of
GoPlayPool.com and without any damages. GoPlayPool.com is held harmless and the two involved parties

Disputes
"Users" shall resolve any claim, cause of action or dispute (claim) they have with "GoPlayPool.com" arising
out of, or relating to this Statement or "GoPlayPool.com" exclusively in a state or federal court located in
Orange County, California. The laws of the State of California will govern this Statement, as well as any claim
that might arise between Users and GoPlayPool.com, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Users
agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Orange County, California for the
purpose of litigating all such claims.
If any person or entity brings a claim against GoPlayPool.com relating to Users action(s), content,
information, product(s) or service(s) on GoPlayPool.com, User will indemnify and hold GoPlayPool.com
harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind, including but not limited to
reasonable legal fees and costs, related to such claim.
We try to keep GoPlayPool.com platform running, safe and bug-free. Use of this platform is at your own
risk. We are providing GoPlayPool.com as is, without any express or implied warranties including, but not
limited to, implied warranties of merchants, ktness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do

By using the GoPlayPool.com, you consent in receiving electronic communications from
GoPlayPool.com. These communications will include notices about your account (e.g., change in

Materials provided by Users will have no limitations of usage in marketing or advertising preferences for
GoPlayPool.com. GoPlayPool.com can use the material "as provided" and market, advertise, duplicate, and
reproduce, with limitations, if any are provided by Users. Materials provided by Users are NOT Property of
GoPlayPool.com, they are property of Users. GoPlayPool.com will not "edit" any forms of art, logos,
Copyrighted items, pictures and/or videos without written permission from Users. Information and content,
as being part of Materials provided to GoPlayPool.com by Users will be edited but not to the point of losing
its context. Basic grammatical errors and adjustments to text and content DO NOT require any permission
from Users.
User allows GoPlayPool.com the use of all necessary and provided intellectual material(s), including, but not
limited to: Use of copyrighted materials, trademarks, logos, names, pictures, videos, content, likenesses,
contact information, social network and other outside links, or any other materials related to the Users
website, company, etc. in the fashion where GoPlayPool.com's goals are met in marketing, advertising,
setting up links, phone application details, website details and pages, templates, blogs, and/or any other
sources which GoPlayPool.com deems necessary to use to improve business for GoPlayPool.com, Users and
End-Users.
Liability
GoPlayPool.com is not liable for any misuse of provided materials by any outside source(s) which are not
afkliated with GoPlayPool.com. GoPlayPool.com is not responsible for, and will not be held liable
whatsoever for any legal action taken against those parties. If users' Materials have been removed from
GoPlayPool.com products due to removal request from user or by GoPlayPool.com, GoPlayPool.com is not
liable for any third party, outside company, other website(s), blogs, social networks, and/or any other source,
internet based or not, which is still using the Users' materials even if they originally discovered, copied or
acquired the materials through contact with GoPlayPool.com. Please check the Copyright material and
limitations for more details on GoPlayPool.com's involvement in legal matters, liability limits and disputes.
Removal of Products
If users would like to be removed from GoPlayPool.com at any time, this request can be made via
email. GoPlayPool.com reserves the right to remove users', or their material at any time, without
notice. If user is a paid member, the user will be notiked and membership will be cancelled by
GoPlayPool.com without any
further charges to the user and/or any cancellation charges by GoPlayPool.com on the member's
account,
which was originally set up with GoPlayPool.com at the point of inception of the account. Account
cancellation guidelines do apply.
Website, Applications and the
Platform Domains and sub domains
www.GoPlayPool.com is owned and operated under www.PoolPlayersGuide.com and its ofkcers.
www.goplaypool.com is the main website for GoPlayPool.com. GoPlayPool.com also provides ease of access
by using sub domain portals under GoPlayPool.com.
www.GoPlayPool.com is also the listed website name under which the iPhone, iPad and Android Phone
Applications have been developed.
There may be other products which have been approved or in process of approval for sale, distribution,
display and/or marketing. If and when those products are introduced to the general public, members and
users, this section will be updated with or without notice. These formatted templates and applications, either
on the website or on the application market such as iTunes/Apple or Android/Google Play, are properties of
GoPlayPool.com and no third party user has the right to copy content, pictures, videos, or any parts and/or
portions of it without expressed written permission from GoPlayPool.com unless otherwise noted.
Rights and Limitations on "Products"
Products categories, which are displayed on the GoPlayPool.com platform include; templates, addresses,
links, hyperlinks, logos, banners, videos, music, slide shows, pictures, presentations, phone applications,
tablet and iPad Applications, blogs, social networking API contents and any other information, data and/or
forms, emails, contacts, content, and/or other intellectual materials, but are not limited to this list.
GoPlayPool.com has the right to edit, change, delete, rearrange, reorganize, or in any other form, change the
content, structure, limits, functions, menus and abilities of its platform at any point in time without notice to
users.
No Spy Ware Policy
The application does not collect or transmit personally identikable information and does not monitor
your personal use of the application.
The application sends unidentikable and non-personal statistical data to enable quality assurance and
improve support processes. Such non-personal data includes unidentikable usage of the application
(for example; information about your device, your carrier and/or mobile software application platform
statistical usage data, and device specikc technical events such as software crashes or errors).
When you are on a mobile device, you are using a third party to access the internet and/or the application.
All requests must be sent through your mobile carrier's network and the carrier may have access to it. For
information regarding the carrier's treatment of your information, you must review your carrier's privacy
policies. GoPlayPool.com has no control over the policies that may be applied by your carrier.
Third Party Features and Content
In the event that such features or content may require the collection of your personally identikable
information (for example: your login credentials, tracking your location, information about content you use
on the web, etc.) GoPlayPool.com or the third parties providing the content must present to you a clear
disclosure of the information that will be collected and you should have the opportunity to decide whether
or not to share such information or alternatively not use or remove the content before the information is
collected. GoPlayPool.com encourages you to read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy offered by

Applications Features
There are no malicious requests, and nothing malicious on the application. Request for permission to
be charged for SMS messages or phone calls are based solely on the user’s plan through their mobile
carrier. Charges for phone calls made directly through the app are dependent on the user’s individual
plan through their carrier. (Also see "How our Products Work", below)

No Adware Policy
You will not be required to view obtrusive ads in order to use the
application. Unobtrusive
GoPlayPool.com's application does not enable other software applications to access data stored on your
mobile device or in your personal online accounts. Changing your mobile device preferences,
modifying web pages that you visit or accepting third party offers is not required in order to use the
application. You may voluntarily opt to change your search preferences (if applicable), add components
or accept notikcations, offers or other features from GoPlayPool.com
Easy Uninstall
Mobile app users can easily uninstall the mobile app at any time by using the standard uninstall
processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace
or network(s).
Full Control
You have full control over the application and can modify your preferences at any time. You can easily
deactivate or close the application at any time.
Report
If you have a reason to believe that your rights have been infringed upon while using the application, please
contact GoPlayPool.com via email. Once your email is received, GoPlayPool.com will review it to ensure that
the privacy practices provided herein are enforced.
Apple Store and Google Play
For specikc information, data and other materials, Android Market and Apple Market collect when you are
using an application you need to read their Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
GoPlayPool.com is sole owner of all Copyrights and Trademarks on its products, if any. None of the
products on GoPlayPool.com are to be used outside the dimensions of business which is controlled and
worked out by GoPlayPool.com without expressed written permission from GoPlayPool.com. NO
EXCEPTIONS.

on the last day of such month. For example, if you started your GoPlayPool.com membership or became a
paying member on January 31st, your next payment date is February 28th and your Payment Method would
be billed on that date. For certain Payment Methods, the issuer of your Payment Method may charge you a
foreign/domestic and/or servicing, transfer or transaction fee or related charges. Check with your bank and
credit card issuers for details.
PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PARTIALLY
USED PERIODS. At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration
to some or all of our members ("credits"). The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide
them, are at our sole and absolute discretion. The provision of credits in one instance does not entitle you
to credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide credits in the future, under
any circumstance. We may change the fees and charges in effect, or add new fees and charges from time to
time, but we will give you advance notice of these changes by email and/or other forms of communication.
If you want to use a different Payment Method or if there is a change in Payment Method, such as your
credit card validity or expiration date, you will receive information from us via e mail on how to edit your
Payment Method information. If your Payment Method reaches its expiration date and you do not edit your
Payment Method information or cancel your account (see, "Cancellation" below), you authorize us to
continue billing that Payment Method and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. It is
GoPlayPool.com's discretion to cancel the account and remove any related data, material, content and other
information relating to the member off of the platform without notice to Member.
Ongoing Membership
Members must cancel their membership before it renews each cycle in order to avoid billing of the
next cycle's membership fees to their Payment Method. We will bill the membership fee to the
Payment Method they provide to us during registration (or to a different Payment Method if they
change their account information). Membership fees are fully earned upon payment.
Cancellation
You may cancel your GoPlayPool.com membership at any time. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR
CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL MEMBERSHIP PERIODS. To cancel, please email us and we will provide you
the correct links to follow to restructure your account.
Right to Terminate
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your use of our Products, without notice, for any or no reason
whatsoever.
Memberships
Your membership begins on the date you sign up for the GoPlayPool.com account by klling out the form and
providing payment method information. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE US INFORMATION IN
REGARDS TO YOUR BUSINESS.
Memberships begin the date and time stamp from when the membership credit/debit card portion of the
form has been klled out.

Membership Fees
Membership fees are based on what category of Products you have chosen to be involved in
with
GoPlayPool.com. Please review the original form that you have klled out to see membership fees that are
due on your account on a recurring format or a one-time charge. You might receive emails from
GoPlayPool.com stating what your membership fees are on an ongoing basis to improve business practices
and because we believe in informing users on charges on the products categories they are involved with/in.

Your chosen membership plan and its respected fees are based on the tier you have subscribed to as listed
on the original form/page and/or information you have received from GoPlayPool.com . No other fees or
charges will be applied.
General Plan Information
Use of the GoPlayPool.com website and its Products as described in Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, but not
limited to, constitutes acceptance of our Terms of Use. There are no late fees. In case of lack of payment the
account will be placed on hold and reactivation is subject to bringing the account balance and any back
payments to a balance of zero Dollars. In case of lack of payment(s), the Membership will be suspended and
after a 30 day period, the account and all its content will be deleted. There will be a reactivation fee of
$25.00, if the account is reactivated after 30 days lapse period. Membership fees cover all aspects
of your account. Please see "cancellation" for more details.
Payment Methods
When you sign up for an account with GoPlayPool.com, you will be directed to kll in a credit/debit
card application using services such as PayPal, Google Play store, Microsoft Store Front and other
options such as: personal checks and/or business checks might be accepted. Yet, the listing/plan
activation will not be processed and/or knalized until the funds have cleared. When that credit/debit
card application has been completed, we consider that to be your payment method. Please
remember that if your Payment Method reaches its expiration date and you do not edit your
Payment Method information or cancel your account (see, "Cancellation"), GoPlayPool.com will
attempt one or more time(s) to collect the payment in an automated fashion. If not successful and
you haven't replaced the credit/debit card information with updated information, we will contact
you shortly thereafter. If the matter is not settled in a timely fashion, your account will be cancelled
and/or terminated. (See "cancellation" and "Right to Terminate" sections above for details.)
How our Products work

Description
GoPlayPool.com is an online provider of links, hyperlinks, directories and web pages, phone, tablet and iPad
Application and blogs, social networking campaigns and shopping carts. Any addition to this list will be
posted on to this section of the "Terms of Use" without notice. Please check back time to time for updates.
GoPlayPool.com's business is to create an online presence for the pool/billiard industry in a form of
directory formatted webpages and application software.
GoPlayPool.com Products, including website and applications but not limited to, are template formatted
concepts. All content of the website and applications are provided to the public for free and at no cost
or membership fees.
Rights
GoPlayPool.com reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to make changes from time to time
and without notice in how GoPlayPool.com operates its Products. Any description of how its Products
works not be considered a representation or obligation with respect to how the Products will always work.

Availability
In an ongoing effort to improve the Products, GoPlayPool.com will from time to time have maintenance

on the computer, hand held devices or other forms of access to the GoPlayPool.com website and/or
applications being used and may be affected by a variety of factors, such as your location, the bandwidth
available and/or speed of your Internet connection, limitations on your hand held device, tablet, iPad,
computer and/or external factors which GoPlayPool.com has no control over.
Short Message Service(SMS) Charges
SMS deknition: "is a text messaging service component of phone, web, or mobile communication systems,
using standardized communications protocols that allow the exchange of short text messages between kxed
line or mobile phone devices."
Request for permission to be charged for SMS messages or phone calls are based solely on the users plan
through their mobile carrier. Although it is a feature which is coded into our phone application, we do not
use the feature often. Charges for phone calls made directly through the app are dependent on the user’s
individual plan through their carrier.
SD Cards Access
SD Card deknition: An SD Card (Secure Digital Card) is an ultra-small flash memory card designed to
provide high-capacity memory in a small size. SD cards are used in many small portable devices such as
digital video camcorders, digital cameras, handheld computers, audio players and mobile phones.
The app installation process might ask for permission to modify and/or access your SD Card.
Request for permission to modify contents on SD card are in case you download kles within the
app, such as PDF kles (schedules or flyers for example), or music kles or other items for download.
This is a very normal process and very common practice and permission guideline for applications.
Internet charges
You are responsible for all Internet access charges. Please check with your Internet provider for information
on possible Internet data usage charges. GoPlayPool.com makes no representations or warranties about the
quality of your internet access, availability, or data accessibility on your display device. You may change your
settings on your hand held device or other devices you are using to access GoPlayPool.com Products to
improve availability and downloading/uploading time at your own expense.
Personal Computer and Device Limitations
To be able to access and use some or all Products offered by GoPlayPool.com, there are some tools and
limitations. Some are listed here. You need to have internet access. You need to download any applicable
GoPlayPool.com applications, using downloadable devices that accept the applications, by going to the
Google Play Store and/or iTunes Connect (The Apple Store) or other markets which have the application(s)
available. Our efforts are to bring applications and webpages and other Products offered to all Users, yet
certain criteria need to be met to be able to enjoy Product offered by GoPlayPool.com. If you have
difkculties or challenges downloading applications or viewing our website and/or any other Products

bigger and there are more downloads. Duration of the ad can change and there will be no notices given.
Disputes, Liability and Limits
Any and all disputes arising from any products and/or services provided by an advertiser on GoPlayPool.com
platform will be resolved between the user of the products and/or services and the advertiser.
GoPlayPool.com is not liable for any misrepresentation of products/services on its platform and if there

any complaints kled against the advertiser after review, the ad might be removed, suspended and/or
