The reason of downloading it from a different browser is that it can get rid of any cached data.

Sure, IIRC, he download it from edge, we will try to download it again from Chrome tomorrow and come
back to you.

May I asked will there may include differences between browsers and which browser do you recommend

During this situation happened, we didn't change the settings on user's computer.
Also we don't have authorization to modify the RDP connection download from myc4p.

Hi Support, 

Could you please assist on checking one user named: Lestat Chuang(lchuang@taoglas.com)'s
account?

He cannot typing anything once he successfully connect to SAP B1(since logon screen), but he can
do copy and paste on SAP.

He tried to download the RDP connection from myC4p as well as reboot but still failed.

Thank you for any assist.
