Subject: List of Required Data Jan 2023 to Jun 2023

Objective:
With the reference to subject line, Group “Strategy & Business development” department has initiated an activity
with approval of BOD to prepare proposed financial statements of Blue Nile Factory (KSA based project).
In order to perform this activity, the below listed data is required from the date of signing of JV agreement:
1. Sales Reports including Corporate & General trade, Channel wise, product wise & region wise sales
2. Detail of total imports, from various countries, custom duties/taxes & port clearing charges, item wise
import data along with total costing;
3. Local procurement including packing materials or any other items used for selling of products;
4. Detail of any other selling expenses incurring in order to sell the products i.e. transportation / delivery
related expenses etc.
5. Detail of Salaries, Wages & any other benefits related to employees i.e. employees’ payroll data;
6. Detail of Loans & advances & other benefits such as medical care / insurance charges paid.
7. Detail of employees related compensations such as Visa fee, Iqama fee, Transfer fee, Iqama renewal fee and
Profession change fee etc.
8. Detail of office / factory rents & all types of utilities expenses;
9. Detail of any other administrative & operational expenses incurred for business purpose i.e. vehicle running
cost, repair & maintenance cost etc.;
10. Detail of Kafeel charges and respective agreement with Kafeel.
11. Detail of zakat & taxes i.e. annual tax & zakat returns;
12. Detail of total fixed assets owned by the company i.e. vehicles, furniture & fixture, office equipment etc.;
13. Detail of leased assets used by the company i.e. vehicles, delivery vans & lifter etc.
14. Detail of total current assets of the company i.e. Trade Receivables as of today;
15. Detail of Cash & Bank Balance as of today, detail of bank statement from the date of JV agreement till to
date, detail of cash payments made;
16. Detail of total stocks in hand till to date i.e. finished goods & packing materials etc.
17. Detail of any other receivables as of today i.e. any loan or advances given to employees or directors etc.
18. Detail of trade payables & any other liability of the company relating to loans or short-term borrowings,
director loans;
19. Detail of total equity / capital injected by JV partners into the business i.e. total business investment and
percentage ratio;
20. Detail of any drawings / dividends paid to JV partners till to date.
21. Detail of any recovery made from scrap sales/rejected items during the period.
