    Group , Ajman,UAE

     I am Ashraf Saaban Holail ,  the owner of an flat number 302-b ludicia building -
    Ajman Uptown project . I paid total amount of about 262000 ADE . My payment is up to
    date . As I can observe from the building location that you are not progressing in the
    construction, and you failed to hand over the apartment on time as per contract. 

    So I want the following actions to be done  to avoid any LEGAL action / court case .

    1-  Stop all the postdate checks and return it back to me

    2- Give me my money back OR find a property matching my payment and ready to


    move – 3 bed room with parking then hand it over to me.
