Does the place require a deposit? - AirBnB

- We do not require an upfront deposit as AirBnB are able to charge
accordingly if any damages occur, however I’m sure this won’t be needed.

- We require a security deposit of £300, this is for protection of our house rules
and damage on the property. The deposit is placed on hold in your account
and then upon check out when the property is inspected, it will be released
back into your account. Usually within a few working days but can take up to

Where can I park?

- Apartment 18, 56 Bath row – There is an allocated car parking spot with this
apartment, space 33, The car park is positioned behind the property, just off of
Longleat Avenue. It is only for one car, if more parking is required there is nearby
roadside parking and lots of car parks nearby due to the city centre location.

- 38 Mason Way/& Bradshaw Close/16 Midford Grove – There is roadside

parking, subject to availability, with restrictions between 11-12 midday. However,
if it is a one-night stay, check out is 11am so that will be fine. For guests staying
more than one night or later check out then there are nearby car parks available
too.

- 25/26 Park Works – There is an allocated car parking spot, 15/16. The car park is
located behind the apartment building on Green Street, please use the white fob
attached, point it towards the gate and press either button. The numbers of the
car park spot are on a small metal plaque, which can be easily missed.

- 4pm

- Template – Check out is at 11am, however if you require a later check out, we
can arrange this, subject to availability. You can have a 2-hour extension, for a
small fee of £20. If you would like to go ahead, please let me know and I will send
over the fee request/details.

- Can I check in earlier?

 We can’t’ guarantee an early check in, however if it is available and ready earlier
on the day, we will issue the key code earlier!

- Do you offer day stays?

Unfortunately, at the moment we do not offer day stays, check in is from 4pm
and if it is available earlier we will issue the key code earlier.
