Parking Pass Distribution 2022

Aerostar Tenants,
It is time to distribute parking stickers for the 2022-2023 leasing season! We will begin
distributing stickers this week. We will distribute parking stickers
BETWEEN 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM August 8, 2022 (Monday) – August 12, 2022 (Friday) &
9:00 AM - 1:00 PM on Saturday August 13, 2022 and Sunday, August 14, 2022.
Be mindful of your personal schedules, as these will be the only weekend hours. If you will not
be in town during these dates, please email amanda@czsproperties.com with an estimated
arrival date.

We will send out a formal email/text before beginning to tow, so remain calm. Please email the
office if you have any questions or concerns. All residents are required to have a parking sticker.
Violators will be towed. You will need to come to the office to receive a parking sticker with your
vehicle.
Buildings with a garage are distributed on a first come first serve basis. Tenants who have
renewed with a garage pass will hold seniority and remain in their current garage unless
otherwise requested.

Please bring the required documents listed below to the office. Be sure to read the Parking
Waiver on Page 3.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS –
1. Driver’s License – We will not accept expired documentation
2. Vehicle Registration – We will not accept expired documentation
3. Completed “Parking Waiver” form – I have attached it to this email, but you can pick it
up in the office
4. Completed “Aerostar Parking Information” form – I have attached it to this email, but
you can pick it up in the office

Parking Waiver

** Parking is a privilege and can be revoked at any time. You will not be issued a parking permit until
your account balance reaches $0.00. Furthermore, if any outstanding balances persist, we will have
your parking permit revoked, and it will not be re-distributed.**
As a resident of Aerostar Apartments, you are required to adhere to all of the rules and
regulations regarding parking including but not limited to the following:
You will receive one parking pass per tenant on the lease agreement.
Vehicles are registered by make, model, & license plate number.
Vehicles must be registered in your name or your parents. As always, bring your valid (not
expired) driver's license, insurance, and registration to the office to renew the permit. Not
abiding by the rules will result in your car being towed.
Vehicles must be parked forward in a parking space to view the permit.
All vehicles backed into a space are subject to towing.
Vehicles must be parked between designated white parking lines or they will be towed.
Vehicles blocking dumpsters, entrances, other vehicles, or parked in the grass will be
towed.
All motorcycles must come to the office to have a triangle space assigned to them.
Permits found on vehicles not registered to the office will be towed.
Tenant CANNOT remove their permit and give it to their friend or use on another car.
Tenants are responsible for making their guests aware of the parking rules. (Guest parking is not
provided.)
Aerostar parking policies may change at any time. We will advise you accordingly.
Tenants are NOT guaranteed a parking space directly in front of their building.
A Temporary Parking Pass may be issued if you are driving another vehicle because of car repair
or winter driving. Passes are valid from Monday until the following Monday, and expire at noon.
Bumper Replacement, Trading Vehicles, or a Wrecked Vehicles: For permanent sticker
replacements, you must return your original parking permit before a new parking permit will be
issued. Please be sure to remove your sticker from your old vehicle before trading cars.

McLane Ave.
You must park in the designated parking lot in front of your building unless you have
received a city permit (which are limited). Parking on the Street (McLane Ave.) will
result in a parking ticket by the city of Morgantown, and Aerostar is not responsible
for tickets. We have parking lots located at 329, 419, and 425 McLane Ave.

Inglewood Blvd.
Park in the provided lot located outside of your buildings. Aerostar does not
provide guest parking, however, if street parking is available on Inglewood Blvd.,
this could be an alternative. However, please keep in mind that Aerostar
Apartments is not responsible for any tickets or towing that occurs off property,
and you will need to correspond to the City of Morgantown Parking Guidelines.

857/858/859 Bldg.
Tenants are to park in the provided parking lots. Do not block tenant garages.
Garages and car ports are first come first serve. If you have renewed your lease,
you will remain at your current garage unless otherwise requested.

75 Wall St.
Please park in the provided parking lot. We will begin construction on your lot in the
near future, and you will receive instructions regarding where to park when the
time comes.
