Dear Excelsior Tower Resident,

In order to safely park your vehicle(s) on the property, you are required to create an
online account with OnlineParkingPass.
To create an account, please visit: excelsiortower.netparkingpass.com
The property password is “tower”.
Please limit one OnlineParkingPass account per apartment. Unless this is a roommate
situation, then please create separate accounts.
Each parking permit/guest pass for a 0 -12 Month Lease will cost $12.00.

The replacement fee for a parking permit/guest pass is $25.00. Anything after the first
replacement pass, it will be $50.00.
One permit per leaseholder based on apartment size. (1 Guest Pass per unit) – Each
guest night will cost $5.00. (Each night is a 24-hour period).
Once you have registered online, you must take your vehicle registration(s) to the
Excelsior Tower Leasing Office for approval. (The vehicle registration MUST match a
leaseholder and the address to where you reside).
Parking permit renewals are on lease end dates.
You will receive your parking permit(s) within 15 business days once
OnlineParkingPass has received an approval. You will pick up your parking permit(s) in
the Excelsior Tower Leasing Office.
