Terms & Conditions:
1. The renting of a car park is subject to the additional by-laws of Suria Residence.
2. The rent is at RM 150.00 per month and shall be paid three (3) months in advance.
3. Maximum car park rental is one (1) year only.
4. An access card will be provided for access through the vehicle barrier gates. A deposit of RM 100.00 will
be charged for the access card. The card shall remain the property of the Management. If such access
card is lost or stolen, it must be reported such loss or theft to the Management.
5. A surcharge of RM100.00 will be imposed for the replacement of a lost or damaged card.
6. Either party may terminate the agreement by giving at least one (1) month notice in writing to the other
party.
7. For payment by cheque can be made payable to BADAN PENGURUSAN BERSAMA SURIA RESIDENCE
Bank account no: 5624 7817 7741(Maybank) or by online transfer and email slip to the Management.
8. The Management shall not responsible in any manner whatsoever for any theft, loss, or damage, or
another misdemeanor to the vehicles and/ or their contents within the premises of the building, whether
such vehicle is parked in the designated car parking lot or any part of the building.
