How to Pick Up Your Car
1. Fulfill the rental requirements
Share the required documents with the provider.

2. Check the car’s condition


Once the requirements have been verified by the provider, check the car’s condition together with the provider’s
staff. Please note any scratches or other defects that the car has.

3. Sign the rental agreement


After that, read and sign the rental agreement that the provider will give you, and you’ll be good to go!
Rental Requirements
Before Pick-up
1. The driver must share with the provider a photo of their identity card (e-KTP or Passport).
2. The driver must share with the provider a photo of their driver’s license (SIM A) or International Driving Permit.
3. The driver must share with the provider a photo of their credit card.
4. If the driver does not have a credit card, the driver can substitute it with 2 of the following documents: NPWP, BPJS, or
Birth Certificate, Family Card, Employee ID Card, Passport, Latest School Certificate, Kartu Tanda Anggota for Polri/TNI).
5. For Indonesian citizens, the driver must pay the deposit IDR 1.000.000 via cash, transfer, or credit card to the provider
before the rental begins.
6. For foreign citizens, The driver must pay a deposit of Rp 3.500.000 via cash, transfer, or credit card to the provider before
the rental begins.
7. The driver must provide an email address when handing over the vehicle to receive proof of deposit refund transfer.
8. The deposit will be refunded within 7x24 hours after the car is returned to the rental provider.
9. Renters who would like to request for a baby car seat or odd or even license plates may write their request under the
Special Request page in the booking form.
10. All special requests are subject to the availability of the provider and may incur an additional fee.
11. If the rental provider is unable to fulfill the renter’s special request (e.g. all cars with odd license plates are fully booked),
renters may request a refund as long as the request is made more than 24 hours before pick-up time.
12. The driver must fulfill the requirements at the latest 12 hours before pick-up time. Otherwise, the booking cannot be
refunded if the driver cannot fulfill the requirements.
13. Renters must fill out the rental requirements form before the handover process.
14. During the high season (Eid, Christmas, and New Year), renters must complete the required documents maximum 3
(three) days before the rental period starts. The provider serves the right to cancel the booking if the required documents
are deemed incomplete.
15. The documents that have been provided will go through a verification process from the rental provider's analysis team
before being declared qualified and able to use the vehicle.
16. The maximum confirmation limit from the verification process is 24 hours before the rental time (depend on the time renter
submit the required documents).
During Pick-up
1. The driver must show their e-KTP or Passport.
2. The driver must show a valid driver’s license (SIM A) or an International Driving Permit.
3. Drivers can take photos of the vehicle as documentation before using the car. Make sure that the car is returned in the
same condition as it was.

Usage
1. An additional fee will be charged for pick-up and drop-off outside the available zones.
2. An additional fee will be charged for special equipment, including but not limited to ababy car seat, GPS, or a spare tire.
3. Renters must not smoke inside the vehicle.
4. Renters must not allow pets inside the vehicle.
5. Renters must not transfer, sublet, give rights or use the car as collateral to other parties.
6. The car must be used solely for personal or business purposes, and its usage must not conflict with the applicable laws
and regulations.
7. Renters must not drive the car under the influence of drugs or alcohol and / or drive them outside of a reasonable/proper
road to pass.
8. The provider has the right to take immediate possession of the vehicle if it finds that the renter has operated the vehicle in
any race, broken the law, or used the car for any purposes other than social or domestic.
9. Renters must refuel the car only with Pertalite.
10. Renters must not drive the car to hazardous roads or areas.
11. Renters must immediately contact the rental provider in the event of an accident.
Return
1. Renters must return the car with the same amount of fuel it had during pick-up.
2. Renters returning the car with less fuel than it had during pick-up will be charged with the cost of the fuel difference.
3. Renters must return the car in the same condition as received.
4. Renters must return the car no later than the rental end time written on their voucher.
5. Renters are responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of damaged or lostVehicle Registration Certificate (STNK),
car keysand car accessories and equipment, including but not limited totape and tools set.
6. Renters are responsible for all parking, traffic (including electronic traffic law enforcement or tilang elektronik), and other
fines that result from violations of law during the rental period.
7. The provider has the right not to return the deposit if the vehicle is damaged or if the renter violates the law during the
rental period.
8. The provider is not responsible for any property left in the vehicle after the vehicle is returned.
9. Deposit refunds will be made via Bank Transfer.
Overtime
1. An overtime fee will be charged if renters drop-off the car after 23:59 on the last day.
2. Overtime of more than 3 hours will be charged as a full day rental.
3. Renters must return the car no later than the rental end time written on their voucher.
Refund & Reschedule
1. A full refund will be given for cancellations made more than 24 hours before pick-up time.
2. No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before pick-up time.
3. Reschedule can only be done at the latest 24 hours before pick-up time.
4. Reschedule will be charged of Rp. 50.000.
5. The provider has the right to refuse rental if the Rental Requirements have not been fulfilled.
Insurance
1. In the event of an accident, renters are required to submit to the provider all documents needed by the insurance
company.
2. Renters will bear a Self Risk cost from Rp 500.000 for each accident (per panel), and besides that Renters will bear a
Total Loss Risk cost of Rp6.000.000 if the car is lost, if the incident was not caused by the Renter's negligence.
3. In the event of an accident caused by renters causing damage to the rental vehicle above 40%, renters will be charged an
insurance claim fee and a penalty of 50% - 100% of the daily rental fee if the rental vehicle must be in repair and cannot
be used.
