Mobile equipment Inspection procedure

1. Any long-term/continues usage of mobile equipment shall be inspected by MA approved mobile equipment
inspector, followed by the process https://masafetyservices.maaden.com.sa/ with all necessary and
applicable documents such as;

1 Valid Estimara (Vehicle Registration) Applicable for vehicle
2 Valid annual road test ( MVPI) Applicable for vehicle
3 Valid Insurance Mandatory
4 Valid SAG driving license Applicable for vehicle with Specific type

5 Valid 3rd Party inspection certificate Applicable for vehicle with Specific type
6 Ownership certificate Mandatory
7 Copy of PO or contract with MA Mandatory
8 Contract between contractor and supplier Applicable for rented/leased equipment

2. Any means of one-time delivery/supply vehicle for project purpose, the inspection will be
conducted at gate #3 as logistic truck inspection by MA approved logistic mobile equipment
inspector . MA truck driver induction will be delivered for the diver/operator at gate #3. Please be
noted that below items shall be pre-inspected by contractor for any project deliverable (one-time)
truck inspection.
