Our office MENADA APARTMENTS is located on the main street in Sunny Beach, Bulgaria in building ROSE
VILLAGE, opposite NOBEL HOTEL.

Office Menada Apartments is located in compex Rose Complex Rose Vilage is not far away from the cross
Village on the south part of Sunny Beach. Way no E87 (9) with Nessebar town.

POLICY OF USING APARTMENT - DEAR GUEST!

Enjoy your stay in the apartment. For your convenience we inform what is most important:

1. DEAR GUEST - you are in the apartment, which is the summer home of another private person. SO PLEASE
TAKE CARE OF THIS APARTMENT and treat it like your own home - close doors and windows and air condition
when you leave the apartment, watch keys. Note - the apartments water is heated by an electric boiler - in most
rooms switch is before bathroom and on the boiler, sometimes in the kitchen under the sink. When leaving, please
do not turn off the switches.

2. ACCOMMODATION: The apartment is for Visitor use from the day of arrival from 3 p.m. (Bulgarian time) to 11.00
a.m. (Bulgarian time) on the day of departure.

4. DEAR GUEST – Would you like to visit something, go out the complex? Turkey - Istanbul, Dracula Castle in
Romania, sunset cruise, or maybe Dolphinarium in Varna? Call to our assistants on CONTACT NUMBER. You can
choose from about 50 different tours, including many in the English language.

5. If you need transfer or if you want to rent a car - also call on CONTACT NUMBER.

6. DEAR GUEST – Do you need medical assistance? Call on CONTACT NUMBER.

7. DEAR GUEST - we prepared for you and your family clean bed linen and towels. Please keep in mind that
unfortunately white towels are not suitable for use on the beach. Our colleagues will check their condition on the
 departure day - it is very important for them because of their lack we will not be able to prepare clean towels for
next visitors. In case of damage, flooding or other damage, you can purchase them on their own.

8. DEAR GUEST - CHECK APARTMENT - After receiving the keys (and / or access cards) please check the
condition of the apartment and its equipment. If you notice serious irregularities or defects, please immediately (on
arrival) notify the office of Menada - by sms on any phone number given in Terms and Conditions.

9. DEAR GUEST - we ask you to obey the rules of good neighborliness, and adapt the rules in force in the complex,
leave apartment in the same condition you came in, and to use the apartment according to specifications.

10. DEAR GUEST – CLEANING DURING STAYING - if you stay in the apartment 10 days or longer, in the middle of
your staying cleaning service will come only between 9 a.m and 11 a.m. to change towels and make cleaning.
Please provide apartment. Please be advised that if the service will not be admitted, cleaning and towel change will
not take place at another time.

11. DEPARTURE. Remember that our colleagues will come to the apartment around 11:00 am (Bulgarian time), check
local, pick up the keys and give deposit back. Please be patient - our colleagues can be near 10.30 and 11.30. If
you wish to leave apartment earlier than 11.00 - you have a plane or just want to leave early please report it via
sms or report in the office in Bulgaria, where you took keys – minimum 3 days before departure. The earliest
check-in possible is 7.00, before is additional fee 20 EUR.

12. DEAR GUEST - Please wash the dishes and kitchen utensils before your departure. The rental price includes the
cost of laundry and cleaning on arrival and departure and not include washing the dishes.

13. OWNER OF APARTMENT require deposit on arrival 50 EUR. This is a security deposit that has to be paid in cash.
It is refundable on departure if the apartment has been left in a suitable condition.

14. In case of any damage in apartment please report it to the MENADA APARTMENTS office or on CONTACT
NUMBER by sms.

15. Our office is open from 11.00 am till 22.00 p.m. Arrival after 22.-- p.m. have to be noticed to office and is payable
20 EUR for night working hours.
