Juan Test 6

Schools should spend more on computers and software than on textbooks. Do you agree?

Technology is part of our lifes, for these reasons it is so reasonable that schools make the
question about the impact that the technology can have in classrooms.

On the one hand, textbooks which are a classic, are very common in our society like an
essential school item. However, it does not mean that textbooks are the most optimal way to
teach, computers has infinite oportunities both students and teachers.

On the other hand, is very obvious that computers are more interactives than textbooks, if
you are talking about dinosaurs, you can wacht a video about it. Nevertheless if you have a
book the only that you can do is read a boring text about the same topic.

Moreover, computers are more ecologic than textbooks. The knowledge always changes, a
textbook can be outdated in one month, this means that you should make a new one, and it
has a cost. The information on the computer can be upgrade free.

In conclusion, schools have to spend more on computers, are more enjoyable and pragmatic
tan a book even they could be cheaper. Techonoly advance and we must follow it.

The person from history I most admire Who is the person from history that you most
admire? What did they do? What do you particularly admire about them?

Is very difficult for me choose someone, because I like a lot of knowledge areas for every thing
that I like , although if I must choose one I would choose Bradbury.

He was a writter from USA his first books were Dark Carnival and The Golden Apples of the
Sun. However Fahrentheit 451 or Marcian Chroniquels are his more famous works which as
important as The Catcher in the Rye or Gone with the Wind in the North America literatura.

Among other things, he wrote short stories for amateur magazinges and wrote the outline for
Moby Dick (1956).

I admire Bradbury because he was a very enthusiastic and passionate writer, he loved writing
and I want to have the same passion for what I like that he had. Moreover, Bradbury had not
been in the university all that he knew came from endless hours inside librery when he was
young which is so worthy.

Bradbury was a very prolific writter too. He has threrty nive short stories recopilation, ten
novels and few poetry and outline for theater, films and TV.

For that reason I like him so much, for his passion, his way of seeing life and how he channeled
his whole life through books.
