Land Installment Contract

Know all men by these Present:

This Agreement Contract made and executed by Zosimo P. Marticion of legal age
Filipino Citizen, married and a resident of P-1 Wakat, Barobo, Surigao del Sur, Philippines herein
after called as the vendor.
And
Romeo G. Suganob , Legal age, Filipino married with residence at, ,Wakat, Barobo, Surigao del
Sur, here in after called as the vendee.

Witnesseth
Whereas the above mentioned vendor is the lawful owner of a parcel of land
owner with lot No. 894-b plan No. PSD-13-026793, Portion of lot 894 PLS-44 Covered by
transfer Certificate of Title No. 01-0021-00362 Containing an area of Eight Thousand Five Fifty-
Eight (8558) Square meter more or less bounded on SW 1-2 Lot 893 PLS 44 NW 2-3 Lot 894 PLS-
44 SE-51 Lot 894-A PSD 13-026793 situated in Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of Barobo,
Province of Surigao del Sur, Philippines.

Whereas the vendee paid in partial amount Five Thousand Pesos Only as down
payment with the total agree amount of both parties and the balance will be payable within
Thirty Six Months (36) starting next month at 3,000 / month containing the lot area of 120
square meter in witness whereof, we have hereunto affix our signature on
___________________ 2023 at Barobo, Surigao del Sur Province.
