ASSIGNMENT NO.

1. In the concept of Vicentian leadership model, what bridges or tie me up on the concept is being a
servant -leader in educational institutions.

As a teacher, I give service to the students who should be molded and shaped by values and knowledge.
Being a teacher is also becoming a holistic leader. I lead students about the lessons and skills to be
taught and learned; the discipline and respect that should be observed inside or outside the school.

As a teacher, I want to lead the students about how important education is, how to become a humane
individual, an teach the lessons in life.

I am a leader in a classroom yet a servant for every child’s needs.

2. I can apply those ideas in my own leadership or organization by means of the following:

- having a goal or objective (which is to shape the minds and bring color to the lives of every student

- build emotional intelligence skills

*by enabling to motivate and grow my personality as a leader

* show and give empathy to others

- be a leader who listens and can be trusted

3. After doing the baseline values assessment, I can say that I am far better than who I am yesterday.
