Terms and conditions:

That for and in consideration of their services rendered if lease transaction is consummated,
these agents are entitled for the commission of FIVE PERCENT (5%) based on the total lease
amount of ___________________ and equivalent to ______________________ and these
commission are based on the agreed lease amount accepted by both LESSOR and LESSEE.

The further authorize these agents to negotiate with the CONTRACTOR from SERCO MINING
that the purpose lease of ______________________________ to the TERMS of TWENTY-FIVE
YEARS of lease is acceptable by the lessor and the agents they warrant and guarantee that the
above mentioned commission shall be demandable and payable simultaneously to the agents
upon payment of the said lease of property.
