Restrictions, By Laws, Articles of Incorporations and other relevant Guidelines to avoid property and
personal risks as well as inconvenience as a consequence of violation/s of the provisions.
 Only Unit Owners / SPA are allowed to sign the guest form.
 This form should be attached with a photocopy of the ID of the guest & vaccination card.
 No attachment of the ID & vaccination card, the form will not be signed.
 For guests who wish to use the pool (regardless of age), there is a charge of 150.00/pax for regular rate &
300.00/pax for holiday rate.
 To enhance the security of the community, short term leasing is highly discouraged.
 Maximum number of guest/visitor strictly depends on the sq. meter of the unit:

19 sq. m & below – 3 guests only

20 sq. m - 39 sq. m – 4 guests only
40 sq. m - 59 sq. m. – 5 guests only
60 sq. m & above – 8 guests only
