I understand that for identification purposes, my guests shall be asked to present their Identification Cards and Vaccine
Card (if not yet vaccinated, Barangay Health Cert/antigen test result to the Admin Office & lobby guard.)

I understand that my guest/s are required to abide by the House Rules and Regulations of The Pearl Place Condominium
Corporation (TPPCC). I/we understand that I/we shall be held accountable for the actions of my guests during their stay
especially if it would entail cost of damage to the common areas of the building and other units and/ or cost of injuiry or
inconvience to individuals.
Note : Guest/s&Visitor/s are not allowed to use the pool and gym until further notice.
