6. Executive summary
This report is providing my best experience in the HRM department at NETROOTS
Technologies that is about the development of software techniques and spanned it from NOV-
2022 to Jan-2023.The main theme of internship was to apply the theoretical terms practically in
the real-world setting. There I have completed my six weeks internship about HRM (Human
Resource & Management). I learnt a lot of techniques about HR under the organization’s policy,
rules and regulations.
The basic and very important purpose of this internship is to learn the professional techniques
about HR by using best strategies at the practical working stage to enhance our professional
skills. I keenly take part in the various tasks and projects to gain valuable experience.
I am writing this report as per the requirement of MHRM course of |VIRTUAL UNIVERSITY,
Lahore that all students of MHRM have to spend six or eight weeks with any association to get
practical experience and to get familiarize with the ways that can teach us the practical rules and
norms of any organizational environment which are totally opposite to the educational
surroundings. This is the best way of learning by this a student can enhance herself in a good
manner but the thing that is important is the proper time and attention that could help to build

zoom meeting or Skype through the email confirmation text.
Task completion
I gave different tasks to the employers according to their job relevancy. I use different strategies
against the task recovery.

I take interviews through the telephonic conversation or by zoom meeting or Skype. Or onsite

I recruit the best resource for the organization by a strategic planning after task completion.

I selected the best applicants with the coordination of my seniors that can improve best for the

12(a) Human resource planning (HRP) and forecasting
Human resource planning (HRP) is the continuous process of systematic planning ahead to
achieve optimum use of an organization's most valuable asset quality employees.
Human Resource Planning:
Human Resource Planning (HRP) is a process of aligning the human resource of an organization
with the organization’s strategic plans. The basic function of HRP is to identify the demand and
supply of human resource and to forecast the future needs of an organization with respect to
human resource. In order to forecast such information in-depth analysis of the existing human
resource is mandatory. PMS provides that in-depth analysis of existing human resource in terms
of the KSAs, capabilities and talents. On the basis of extracted information through PMS,
organization can forecast the demand of human resource which can be either fulfilled through
employees’ training and development or by recruiting new staff with required skills. Training &
Development is preferred when the future need is to be met internally to the organization, to
acquire competence from the external market, recruitment and selection of new employees is
conducted. In both methods PMS play a vital role by identifying the KSA, talent and
competencies required for the organizational people.

Forecasting:
Forecasting refers to the practice of predicting what will happen in the future by taking into
consideration events in the past and present. Basically, it is a decision-making tool that helps
businesses cope with the impact of the future's uncertainty by examining historical data and
trends.

it does, what training is required to fill the gap. TNA seeks to identify accurately the levels of the
present situation in the target surveys, interview, observation, secondary data and/or workshop.

Employee development is a process of helping employees progress in their careers by acquiring
new skills. Its goal is to improve the existing competencies of your employees and helping them
to develop new ones, all with the aim of supporting your business goals.

Transfer is an act of shifting an employee from one department to other department it may could
be temporary or permanent it all depends on the decisions of an organization about the
transferring employee. In this we can do shift the job responsibilities as well.
 Demotion:
Demotion is a process in with permanently shift an employee to the lower rank as compare to
previously held position. There must be the decrease in the rank, responsibilities, pay level and
grade 
Separations:
Separation in employment may can be voluntary and in voluntary. Voluntary employment
separation includes quitting of an employee, job leaving and retirement. In voluntary
employment separation includes when you have to let someone go for poor performance.
Layoff:
Layoff is a procedure in which organizations terminate their employees permanently or
temporally by the reason that is totally irrelevant to employee’s performance. It happens when
companies get season out or seasonal closure or economical downsizing. 
Termination:
It happens when your contract with the organization going to be end. It also can be voluntary or
involuntary.  
Resignation:
It is a term that is used when an employee wants to choose the termination of his or her
employment for many reasons it is called resignation there are many reasons for resignation
some of these are listed here: non learning environment, irrelevant tasks and new career
opportunities.
Retirement:
When the working employees get older than the employers decides for the retirement process.
Any employee do not force for the retirement by his own to get life time benefits.

Labor management relation is the relationship between employees and representatives to solve
all the problems affectively. It’s the duty of management to avoid conflicts between labor
relations for compliance management.
Labor-Management relations are the great complex set of dealings that any HR Manager has to
deal with. Well-organized conservation of labor relations helps the HR Managers in developing a
tuneful atmosphere within the organization which, can help to achieve tasks effectively. It helps
to manage conflicts.
