Comments:

1) Each dozen to contain an Inspection Certificate with bar code.

2) Minimum leather thickness must be greater than 1.0 mm.
3) Each dozen also to contain the following warning printed on the paper insert:

WARNING: Do not use leather protectors alone for protection against electrical shock. Serious injury or
death could result. Always use with rubber insulating gloves that are specifically designed to provide
protection against electrical shock for your application.

4) Each left hand glove will have a label sewn into the glove with the following information. This may all be on the
same label as shown in the example below:
