Job Description
Position Summary: Lead Windows & Automation Architect / Engineer
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position includes responsibility of managing and
monitoring Windows Infrastructure environments and respective tools.
Job Responsibilities: Windows Operations Engineer
Microsoft Infrastructure Management
Implementing new services and functionalities
Automating and shortening repetitive activities
Providing opinions on the architecture of Microsoft solutions used in the
organization
Ability to collaborate with a diverse, globally distributed team
Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous, fast-paced projects
Must have the ability to learn quickly and comprehend many technical and
business concepts
Ability to visualize project impact, understand the effects on IT and the business,
and the changes that may be required
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in RIM (Remote Infrastructure Management)
Minimum 2 years hands on experience in Cloud Infrastructure Support - AWS,
Azure.
Experience in developing, maintaining and implementing Windows Server OSes
In-depth experience with VMWare vSphere and ESXi infrastructure
Solid understanding of general datacenter infrastructure and technologies for
server environment on Hybrid context
Troubleshoot and support virtual and physical servers for performance issues
Advanced knowledge and experience with Active Directory
Knows and is able to use in practice the technologies of PKI, DNS, DHCP, ADFS,
LDAP
Has knowledge of TCP / IP, LDAP, Kerberos, sFTP
Automates daily tasks using Powershell
Advanced knowledge of infrastructure concepts, best practices and procedures
of infrastructure technology implementations and support
Good analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot systems and
incidents, organization skills to balance and prioritize work
Experience working with monitoring tools, preferable SolarWinds
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with consistency and accuracy
Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse, globally disparate team
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, time-sensitive
environment
Ability to effectively communicate in English, including reading, writing and
speaking
Capable of multi-tasking and self-direction to meet goals
Solid quantitative skills and strong data analysis skills
Strong emphasis on quality and keen attention to detail required
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications & Desired Competencies:
Total IT experience should be at least 4 years
Required 4+ years hands on experience in Microsoft Infrastructure Management
Experience in automation task using Powershell
Knowledge on ITIL process.
MCSA\MCSE and AWS certification is an advantage
