period form 01-12-2021 to 15-12-2021 (15 days) – requested.

I humbly pray to submit that I desire to surrender and encash my earned

leave for the period from 01-12-2021 to 15-12-2021 (15 days) for the financial

year 2021-2022. I got 300 days of earned leave at my credit as on 31-12-2021.

I have been last sanctioned surrender of earned leave for 30 days from

01-12-2020 to 30-12-2020 for the financial year 2019-2020 & 2020-2021 vide

CCLA proceedings No. SerI(1)/642/2020, Dt.17/12/2020. A copy of the said

proceedings along with SEL application is enclosed.

I request that necessary orders may kindly be issued at the earliest.
