under the above transaction, for any reason whatsoever should be paid/refunded by you only to us and not to
customer mentioned above or anyone else.
Note: You are advised to release the vehicle only on receiving of company DO, Company will not be liable for any
telephonic/ E-mail approval for release of vehicle, it shall be Dealer's/Seller's own Risk
