Where should I start if I want to study medicine at

Mathematics, Economics, Psychology, etc do not involve or involve little lab work,
and can be studied at home.

Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Nursing, Medicine, etc involve a lot of lab work, and
cannot be studied completely at home.

You may study non-clinical parts of Medicine at home.

edX

Coursera

and websites of many universities have excellent online courses related to Medicine.

Medicine is understandably a highly regulated profession.

There is some danger involved in applying Medicine knowledge without following

regulations.

Thank you for asking for an answer to your question,"Where should I start if I want to
study medicine at home?”

I’m not sure what you’re asking. You can study for the coursework and the test to get
admitted into medicine, but you really cannot get advanced credit for coursework
prior to medical school.

Let’s suppose you just want to learn “the principles of health and medicine”. Then if
your objective is not an MD, then there are online nursing programs that cover many
of the principles of medical care.

I also suppose that if you studied Harrison’s Internal Medicine at home you might
know a bit more than if you hadn’t.

You should probably start learning anatomy and physiology and watch videos on
medicine. I recommend learning in: Related Questions
